    You would be surprised at the amount of places that offer a military discount, just need to ask. I got a military discount from Ford on both my 2011 Mustangs on top of the standard rebates and the additional amount I was asking off of MSRP. People who offer them usually get my repeat business.

    According to the Weather Tech website FAQ's: "Mats can be modified using a pair of household scissors or utility knife." My $15 Wal-Mart mats said the same on the instructions. Mine were even interchangeable between my 03 Cobra and my 2011 GT.
