    I had the same leak problems with that brand. I had to remove the driver side studs where it connects to the manifold and install bolts. That fixed that leak as far as I can tell. The clamps that are on the midpipe when i got it are crappy. One broke and cost me a pretty penny to get a new one...

    pop/ticking sound?

    Sounds odd. Usually they will run fine with 87 as the ecu will make adjustments. The problem should have also happened alot sooner than a week later. It may even be unrelated to the fuel. Any issues with performance or does it run normal?

    anderson ford motorsport sells the tool. Works great. I just used it this weekend. Just be careful. We turned the crank a hair to make sure it was wedged in good like instructions said and went a hair to far breaking a bolt hole on the timing chain guide. Needless to say I have the cover off now...

    If your open to opinions I would say go with delta force tuning software. I love the crap out of mine. They have killer support and it runs off your laptop. You can even datalog with it and everything. And you can tune two vehicles. It's super easy to use and will give you great room for upgrades.
