    Roush side exit exhaust...

yeah, it seems to be pretty hard to get the side exit exhaust to increase performance- I would definately say due to the extreme bend to send it to the side....I think the Steeda side exhaust flows pretty well, and Spintech sounds awesome... so theres some other ideas. (unless steeda is borla...

    Roush side exit exhaust...

If I remember correctly, they are Borla Mufflers. They sound pretty mellow and smooth to me

Topline Build Your Own Exhaust...and Spintech Q's

Well, I checked Partshopper.com again, and the Topline cat backs are there again. I sent them an e-mail and they never got back to me. I was a little surprised at that, as they almost lost a customer....i almost paid more at spintech.com. That's a little advice for the owners- make sure you...

    A Pillar ??

Do you have a pic of your gauge setup? I think I've decided on the Saleen style dash pod, but always lookin for a nice pillar setup.

Topline Build Your Own Exhaust...and Spintech Q's

Thanks for the tip! I was just looking at purchasing from them. I called Spintech and they quoted me around $440 for a catback. Topline was much nicer to the checkbook! Anyone know where to get Spintech cheaply?

Flowmaster Delta 40 Series to loud for a daily driver?

Here's the thing: the inside might have a drone around 2k rpms (I have original flows, so I don't really know about delta). I'll tell you this though, if you want to hear it from the outside, I think you will be disappointed. To me, the original 40s are way too quiet as it is...from the...

Topline Build Your Own Exhaust...and Spintech Q's

Does anyone know where the Topline build your own exhaust went? I was just going to buy the version with Spintechs, but I can't find the damn thing at Partshopper anymore. Has anyone ordered from Spintech, themselves?? How much for a cat back, from them? thanks for any help, Kyle

    0-60 Second Times...and Gear Scratches...

 Really? At 60?? That is so badass!!! I wonder if a KB will let me do that.

Just installed MAC off-road H-pipe. Think its too loud. Anyone want it???

yeah, it doesn't get quiter, you just go deafer....or get used to it. I think you'll regret getting rid of it, if you do

Anyone cut out the stock cats ?

If I remember right, the answer is no...hopefully not though. If I ever am stuck with a $10k ticket, I think I'll just go to jail for a while, cause I ain't touchin it.....maybe they offer a 20yr payment plan :D Either way, the sound is definately worth it!!

Anyone cut out the stock cats ?

What if I made a fake carb #? Do they check that hard? I wouldnt actually do it b/c it's not worth it, but just curious. Also, these ridiculous waste-of-tax-payer-money mobile stations, how many of them are there? What kind of places do they put them at?

Anyone cut out the stock cats ?

I swear, Cali officials get off on failing cars during emission tests!! That is insane: non stock welds!! WOW!!!

What can I do to gain low end torque after O/R X install?

Is it just me, or has anyone else really not noticed any loss in low-end torque. The SOTP meter is even telling me a gain, along with the burning rubber as I gun it from a stop in my auto....Maybe it's because the flowmasters give a little backpressure themselves  ...anyway, if you're...

Fill me in on 95-98's if you can..

No, I totally agree with that...hell, how about throwing in the 93 Cobra Comp! I was just saying that they were underrated. I didn't think they were fast and like I said, by Cobra standards, they most definately were not. Also, I didn't think you were downing my old 5.0, I just thought...

Fill me in on 95-98's if you can..

Oh man, that's a tough one!! They are really hard to compare, since my 01 is auto and the 95 was a stick... I guess I would have to say that they are totally different beasts. The 5.0 motor and the 4.6 one feel really different to me. The Cobra was great in that at really low rpms it would...

Fill me in on 95-98's if you can..

O I definately believe so. When comparing to the GT of the same year (rated 225), with only 15 hp less. You gotta think about it: Cobra intake, different cam, 24lb injectors instead of 19...and a few more things. How are you gonna tell me it is only 15 more hp at the fly than a GT of that...

Fill me in on 95-98's if you can..

I had a 95 Cobra. Awesome car! It was severly underrated at 240hp and 285 tq. It was a blast to drive. It had the 5.0 motor. No probs with it whatsoever.
