I still want one soooo bad..... Too bad you guys can get the one with the Type-R motor, we only get one with a stupid GM motor in it that sucks arse. *jealous* I can still see Jeremy Clarkson's face when he tested it. ha ha ha.....:rlaugh:

No buzzing on mine at all either. Let us know how your install goes when you get it!

    Underdrive pulleys? Any negatives?

+1:rlaugh: Ain't that the truth, I shook my head at that when I took mine off. And laughed as I threw it into the dumpster.

    Hurst Shifter...

No I don't unfortunately, but like I said before, its super easy. As long as your directions are dated 12/05 at the bottom you should be good to go. If they aren't, let me know and I will look in my file and see if I kept mine. The reason I say that is because for a while they had the wrong...

Thats exactly what I am building, an N/A car. So, I think that the 4.30's will be the best for me. Hopefully I get them in soon, so I can get 'em in the car!

    Hurst Shifter...

Yeah, I only jacked up one side (I'm little so I can get under there no problem). I also have a low profile jack, so that helps a lot. But yeah, it only took about that time. The directions tell you what tools you need. I took them under the car with me, so I didn't have to get up again. It was...

    My updated Mustang pics... *DUW*

Heres a pic of my car with the Gen1 Street Scene bumper on it. So you can at least see it on a car of your color. I also got the lower grille insert for it. Here you go:

I need your opinion on wheels!

+1 for the HPD MSR chrome . They look the best out of the ones that you showed us. Although, if it was my car I wouldn't put Chrome on it, but its not, so go with the chrome that you want!

    Hurst Shifter...

I know that Brothers http://www.brothersperformance.com carries the Hurst, I got it there myself. Also, the install is a breeze. I did it in 20min. No problems at all. It did take a little bit to break it, it was really tight at first. But, after that its perfect!

Thanks Bigcat, I think that I will go with him. He is a good friend of my dad's, but he sometimes doesn't give that 'good guy' discount....dunno why, he is kind of a strange fellow thought. Super awesome at what he does. Thanks again!

    Underdrive pulleys? Any negatives?

I just installed the BBK UDP's, and they are great. I would highly recommend them. The motor revs so much faster and smoother with them on. I wish that I had put them on the car quicker, but I left them in the garage for a while.

    Throttle body

I know a few guys that have had relly good luck with the new BBK TB. I know that the earlier models by other brands were having lots of problems. I will be getting one in the future, but not right now. I think that the TB on this car is one of those mods that has to have the supporting mods...

Bigcat or shhak--- Did you guys install the gears yourself or did you have a shop do it for you? I was quoted $300 total for the install. Does that sound right to you guys?

    Center Fog Light Grille...

^^ That one I don't think that Street Scene makes anymore, I haven't seen it in a while. I may be wrong though. The new one that they re-designed (they did that because the other one sucked as people already knew) has the same mesh as the stock grille.

    wheels: 18s + springs or 19s +/- springs?

To fix your wheel gap issue, wheels aren't the answer. Its the lowering springs. Whatever size wheels you put on the car, the gap is going to be pretty much the same. When I put 24's on my Tahoe, the wheel gap is stil basically the same. What you need to do is make up your mind if you want...

    Suspension questions

I have the Eibach coilovers on my car and they are awesome! With the stock tires that I have on the car now, it rides like a dream. And they are fully adjustable, more so than just the Tokico's and regualr springs. The Eibach kit is reasonably priced also. Tein also makes a coilover kit for...
