    the inertia switch is in the trunk or hatch on the driver's side. there should be a gromet on the plastic panel that you will need to take out. the panel is on the very back on the drivers side next to the trunk latch. the interia switch is kind of a black rectangle with a small white button...

    well i finall figured out the problem, it was soooooo simple; apparently i had a dumb-a** attack and hooked the wires going to the starter solenoid backwards >:( i feel so stupid!
