    I use a wet kit on my turbo LX. 75 shot. 22lbs of boost and nitrous. It's a very scary fun. Burnouts at 60+ mph. I've still never had the car to the track.

    A good soaking in PB Blaster. Heat it w/ a torch and if that doesn't work, just break it and drill it out. Sometimes that's the quickest way.

    FMIC and radiator Question

    I used a Ranger Radiator from an '84 V6 A/C equipped (3 core size). Yes, it will fit w/ your progress steps you mentioned. See my website for pics should be helpful.
