    i dont recall what length the belt is but yes, you can run a shorter belt. All you need it the lenght and go to autozone or a local parts store to get it! Geat MOD, the A/C compressor weighs like 30+ pounds.

    I dida lot of weight reduction, anyways, I think the trans may me starting pout in second a lot more than I thought, plus she shifts early. No adjustment can be made on the cable. Thanks for the tip, ill go with a shift kit, and get that leak fixed. How do i race with the AOD??? I know i suck.

    Started my 347 up but major problem!

    Solenoid could be sticking, or the bolts could be loose on the starter. In which case you just chipped all the teeth on your flywheel and it is now un-balanced.
