    Finally Here

Looks really clean and sleek w/o the spoiler. I like that look--very McQueen/Bullitt like.

    Must Have Options for 05???

Nix that spoiler; you have after market options, and more are on the way. I like the duck tail spoilers that are out there. They look good and they make your car a little bit different.

    I love this car!!!

Wow, you're the first owner I've heard praise the room in the back seat. I don't have one yet, but at a car show I saw a guy put his 3 yr old in the back seat of a GT Vert, and that liitle boys feet were banging against the seat back. Front seat was all the way back though.

    300 miles, 17 thumbs-up, eight hours . . .

Move to Ga Brewtown if you want to quit smoking. They just passed a law against smoking anywhere I think. I hear cars w/ more than 100 hp are next. I mean come on, it's illegal to go that fast; there is no need for so much hp except to break the law.

How much do you want your payments to be?

Polkthug-there is a very convenient online application for Cap One. I originally got approved for 60 mo @ 5.25%, but then I went back and applied thru Costco who has a co-branding deal w/ Cap One and it came back @ 4.80%. Hey Yellow-embrace your inner car salesman-it's ok. I'm a stock...

    Post Pics of Your Mustang

Blueoval-congrats on finally getting your baby-that silver w/ black top is really nice. Names: Silver Bullitt? or maybe Silver-as in the Lone Ranger's trusty steed? Silver Surfer?

It looks like your little boy is impressed w/ the car.

How much do you want your payments to be?

That's a great rate; I just got approved by Cap One for 4.8%, and I thought that was pretty good. What CU gave you that rate?

How much do you want your payments to be?

Vandil-you're right the APR is on the attached sheet. BTW I was approved by Cap One for 60 mo @5.25%. I checked on Costco's website who finances cars thru Cap One and because of my Costco membership I'm getting it down to 4.90%

Need input for Q-Forms Kickpanel development

Looks like the placement would limit any dead pedal on the driver's side.

sure, it's great in straight lines, but....

Remember that the whole package counts for something. A WRX is a very competent & affordable car, but it's not much to look at. Every car I've ever owned was a tradeoff, and I haven't yet heard of the perfect car at any price.

How much do you want your payments to be?

You are ignoring the power of car lust. Vandil-actually the APR is on a Cap One blank check-I'm looking at one that I plan to use. IMO the job of the saleman is to baffle you w/ bs. That way he can ignore all of the objective #'s that really matter. That's why they like to talk...

Dealer Mark-up or not when you order?

I know I found several dealers that were willing to order for x-plan not MSRP, but I also talked to a few who said no way on x-plan. I would think at the very least you could get one for MSRP and probably less if you order. An order has no risk--no inventory, no handling, no sales time.

Mustang sales for April - WOW!

Was that a vert or coupe w/ $7 k extra? What state is it in? That's so ridiculous it sounds like maybe they want it there for show, and if someone w/ lottery winnings buys it then bully for them.

    Charger SRT8 -

It's not my cup of tea, but I say bring on the competition. If Ford has this market all to itself I seriously doubt the Stang will continue to improve. A little trash talking between competitors could go along way to a better breed of Stang.

05 Redfire GT Vert available @ x-plan in GA

Close this thread-the car was declined @ 9 am Tues and sold by lunch. I guess the saleman didn't need my help.

Tale of Sorrow (Damnitsyellow, I'd like your opinion)

The car (GT Vert) I passed on yesterday at about 9 am was sold by lunchtime, so I guess the demand hasn't really cooled much. I bet your salesperson has the car sold already for a lot more than you were going to pay.

Mustang sales for April - WOW!

The best of times; the worst of times. Read the Business Week article on GM-it doesn't sound very good even if they start making better products. The only big success GM has had recently is cadillac, which has based its resurgence on performance. Maybe SVT can drag Ford back to profitability.
