    Trick Flow Cam

    I have the Trick flow stage 1 cam and the Twisted wedge heads.. awesome combo.. cam sounds SWEET and idles a little rough... but everyone on the street yells at me at stop lights that my car sounds sweet... so I say do it.. power and sound is great.

    when im at idle it is indicating lean at idle.. but when I punch it the go straight to rich.. which woul indicate they are working??

    no, it didn't burn the oil and run like this before the intake work. but the valves have always been noisy. it sounds like one or more is slapping on the drivers side. maybe staying open and letting oil through? also, maybe causing the off idle sluggish performish?

    well, i just installed the old 02 sensors and its still the same... I cant see why it is like this after the intake repairs!! I also recently adjusted the valves.. which I guess could be doing it if I messed them up. they are a little noisy and could be the cause of the oil burning?

    well, for one.. I have a/f ratio guages in my cockpit and they do not switch like they are suppose too.. secondly I use a voltmeter to check them.

    I also believe the non HO motors including cougars have 14lb injecters and a less aggressive cam profile.. not 100%on the cam comment but I am sure on the injecters or somethign close to 14's.
