    X-cal 2 for 97 GT..

sorry i'm just extremely skeptical at this point of the handhelp tuners due to recent experiences, but just to confirm the Xcal2 will give me just as good of a tune as a custom dyno tune to compensate and improve performance for things such as: VT Stage II heads and cams, pi intake, and all...

    X-cal 2 for 97 GT..

just a heads up...i have a 97 and the tuners that say they will work for a 97 (as far as gear calibration) are wrong. the 97 and below have a mechanical gear that goes into the tranny (very easy to install and you can get it from ford racing)...i just got the one with the most teeth as with...

I found a guy who is selling a Lentech strip terminator vbody (w/ brake full manual)...first of all will a vbody for a 4R70W work on an AODE. and would this be a good addition to my DAILY DRIVER (once a month strip) STANG. Also i was...

    P.I. Intake opinion

let's resurrect this thread and see which way i should go...seeing as how mr.jones1 doesn't seem to have these plates anymore, but livernoise or whatever they are called does but wants to charge $300 for them (which is double what they sale there pi intake for btw)....so after this time of rest...

PI intake to NPI heads adapter plates...

does anyone know if you can get these adapter plates anymore...i know a guy at unitedmajority.com made them for a while recently, but i can't get a hold of him and i'd rather do the plates than use the pi gaskets and do the silicone in the coolant (holes or whatever they are) so that way there...

can you powder coat stock valve covers and pi intake?

false advertising for the first company you suggested...but i understand how it is termed now.....new info...i got into contact with ford techs, the temp. rating on the cover is 400*, but that is right on and probly a little to close to risk ruining the covers.

can you powder coat stock valve covers and pi intake?

ok final word on powder coating plastic...it isn't possible, to cure the coating requires 400*+ ....what they are saying is PLASTIC powdercoating...this is a specific type of powdercoating that has plastic integrated into it and creates a plastic finish on the certain object (being a metal or...

can you powder coat stock valve covers and pi intake?

well i guess that would settle it then...so i move on to the painting option...can anyone throw any suggestions to what paints to use and maybe to what grit sand paper to smooth it down with before i prime?
