Help! Engine misfire 2000 Mustang 4.6

Check the crossover on the fuel rails. I don't know how/if they come apart but they are rubber but maybe something got stuck in there ... Isn't the test valve on the passenger side? Check your fuel pressure.

    x pipe w/o mil eliminators

How bad is the smoke? I have to imagine that if the cats can oxidize fuel they can oxidize oil and cover up the smoking issue if it is not too bad. As stated above- the only reason the rear O2 sensors exist is to throw the light when the cats stop working.

    P0135 Code after x-pipe install

The downstream (rear- and MIL eliminated) O2 sensors have nothing to do with engine tuning, they are there to check the catalyst and the upstream sensors. If the code says upstream (front- which the code says it does and agrees with your poor idle and mileage) then your X pipe has nothing to do...

    Fan always running... SCT X3?

My car (2000 GT) defaults to 198 for the low and 206 for the high. I bumped mine down to 196 and it comes on when stuck in traffic about 2 degrees before it used to. 170 is the lowest option on the low speed fan which makes me think you accidentally selected it. Reflash with the above values...

    REICHARD INTAKE INSTALLL... HELP ME!!!

Reichard Racing I haven't installed one of these but looking at the pictures on their website: Stock PI gasket should work. It also looks like the stock style fuel rails will bolt on, and it even has a place for the alternator to bolt to. They changed that alternator bracket a few times...

    FUEL PRESSURE PROBLEM

Not the injectors. I would have to suspect the boost-a-pump. Take it out and see if you can get full duty cycle. I know your pump probably won't keep up with the 42#'s but you can narrow the problem down to the PCM or the BAP.

    T-LOK Rebuild ... Help!

So you don't actually need a bigger E-Penis. There are 6 clutches with carbon fiber on each side. 12 pieces of carbon fiber x 0.5 inches per piece means you can double your E-Penis for an extra $40. :D

    T-LOK Rebuild ... Help!

I got the carbon fiber clutches because i only got 60k miles out of the stockers and i autocross when i can. In the rain I can steer with my right foot, on purpose or otherwise. I can't make a direct comparison as far as the streetability of one over the other since it was a long time ago but...

    Fan always running... SCT X3?

The stock low speed fan is supposed to come on at 198 as i recall. The stock 192 degree thermostat means that at 170 it *is* going to run all of the time. The 220 on the high speed sounds right. I can check mine tomorrow if you need me to. EDIT: I'll be sure to check mine today. I'll post...

    Flywheel questions need your assistance.

I have an 03/04 cobra aluminum flywheel in my car. It is around 12 lbs and i have no issues with street-ability. It will take you three or four starts to learn the subtle differences but it's nothing the girlfriend couldn't handle.

    Rattle

can you say for sure that the clutch has a effect? harmonics do strange things. It could be as simple as the heat shields on the catalytic converters. check those.

    Squeaky noise when clutch applied???

Headers would almost certainly have to come off. That doesn't sound like fun. :(

    Going Cams..Valve Springs?

because they only "suggest" and do not "require" springs above 6400 rpms makes me think you will be fine on the stock springs. Or you can call them and ask...

    Rattle

possibly pilot bearing? is it hard to shift? does it grind going into gears? or maybe the throw out bearing? does it go away after the clutch is ALL the way out or after the disc/input shaft have caught up with the flywheel/pressure plate? EDIT: after re-reading your post, i am going to...

    Plastic intake= garbage:mad:

Not that i think Chrysler is the pinnacle of automotive engineering by any stretch but they use the same Zytel (nylon composite) for their 2.4 turbo engines. http://www.ptdoityourself.net/tl/images/library/gtintake.pdf
