    i guess it's the billet insert for the GT that they show (that looks liek it oges ove rthe fogs), except it's a picture of a v6...who knows? in a couple months, there should be many choices. I still don't have a car...hopefully in september my '06 will arrive!

    grill check out rksport.com...i saw a 3-piece grill for the GT on there that allows you to keep your foglights: http://www.rksport.com/browse/stf_s/c_269 In fact, they have a few grills on there, including grills that go over the foglights.

    X-Plan for 2006 GT

    How do you get a dealer to sign the forms for an '06, if they say u can't lock in prices, cause the 2006 prices aren't finalized yet (and may increase a small amount)? My salesman assures me he will honor the x-plan, but pricing is not final.

    Wrx not that i don't think they look like toyota corrolas on steroids, but the Wrx Sti runs about a 13.4 in the quarter, according to motor trend. however, slap a supercharger on a gt and there's no contest. if you're racing a regular wrx, u should smoke him, auto or not.

    Yellow 2005 V6 Sighted in SF on Sunday ...

    sounds familiar to me, too I think the yellow V6 pakage is some sort of dealer upgrade. I was at a dealer in Huntington Beach and saw a similar yellow V6 with black stripes, ducktail, 20's, etc.

    are you sure? The X-plan is the dealer's choice to honor or not, not Ford's. I think the salesman is pulling your leg. However, if you do order X-plan, try to get the dealer to code your order as retail, or you may get a lower priority. A dealer in CA told me that their X-plans did not...

    RX-8 VS 2005 GT What do you think?

    Rx-8 or RX-7? The RX-8's only run a 14.6 or so in the quarter mile and have no turbo. The RX-7 turbo from 93-95 would be a good matchup. I think they run 13.5's stock, but most are modified. U should be able to smoke a stock RX-8.

    Black on Black I ordered blk/blk gt premium, 5 spd, IUP, 64E 18" wheels (changed, since i don't want to wait), spoiler delete, side air bags...and yes, i graduated from USC in '02 also, going back to my previous post...what is a DORA? i have an order confirm sheet with all the prices, etc...

    GN runs a 13.5 Well, I am 25 and "mature" now...haha...but, when i was in college, i put an ATR pit bull chip ($130) cat-back ATR exhaust ($700ish) and new tires on. Ran a 13.5-something at the Sacramento Raceway (I have to find the timeslip) The chip put the car at 18-20 psi on the turbo...
