    My car doesnt have traction control. It did it a couple times on Saturday night but hasn't done it since. It still bothers me though. And for a while now it has just seemed like it's lost some power and is bogged down. I've also been having tranny problems and have 4th and 5th syncros going...

    It's a 2000, it's doesn't have wires. However, it does have 75,000 miles on it with the original plugs. I'm going to do that this week. The fuel filter was done about 2 months ago.

    Nope, it's been replaced in the past 2 months. It was really weird. I was driving like 15-20mph and shifted to 2nd gear and that's when it bogged down and acted as if I had put it in 4th instead. It did it later on too.

    Is there a such thing as losing power in a gear? Last night I noticed that when I dropped it to 2nd gear at a normal to high mph, it was acting like I had put it in 4th at a really low mph and had no power at all. Am I crazy or can this happen? What would cause it? Could it be transmission...
