    General motors calls rthere's a "Locking Differential". They claim it's better than limited slip. All I know is that when I dump my clutch I leave two solid black lines. Good enough for me.

    In all dyno tests I've seen an x pipe softens low end tourqe but is gained back up high. The only X I've heard of no loss but a gain of tourque down low is a Dr. Gas. No personel experience with the X's so it's all word of mouth and magazines so I could be wrong.

    If your getting power to the amp(Remote line is turning the amp on, good ground, power hooked up) and still no sound, then it's signal. Check where your grabbing the actuall signal from.

    I was wondering the same thing. I don't think you can buy just the mufflers though. Maybe Bassani does that because they wan't you to drop alot of $ just to have their system. That way they keep the reputation of being the premium exhaust maker. :shrug: I must say they do sound bad ass.

    Urgent question regarding installing a new head unit in a Mach460 02 GT

    They are correct. Due to the factory amplifier set up you need that interface. The speakers will still be run with the factory amps. The only thing you'll change by changing the head unit is the signal going to the amps. Reallisticaly there will be a very small difference in sound.

    In laws van has 130k on chevy 350. Has little blow by when first started. Started using Valvoline high mileage oil. No more blow by. So I think high milage motor oils might actually be good for high milage motors. No scientific proof but no blue smoke when started anymore works for me.

    How are they compared to regular 40 series flows. In the recordings and video's they sound bad ass at high r's. But what I really like is hearing that they are quiet when driving normal. Are they restrictive at all?
