    Anyone else here that are just tempted to tear everything down? I feel like pulling the engine out, media blasting the bay, slapping on a tubular K-member, smooth out the engine bay, primer, paint and put back together? But I don't have the time or money/permission to do this kind of job yet...

I'd buy the new "high use" parts in black and find used black pieces that aren't seen or used much like the hatch 1/4 panels (can be argued as highly used but you can find some minty ones still). I found some mint black parts for the 4 eye up here in Canada so I'm sure...

    OCD is kicking in... battery in hatch?

    Never was a huge fan of the battery being inside the car (unless it's a trunk) but as I'm planning to hide wires ($#@@&^%$%# stupid me) I'm thinking about this. I know you can get an airtight box but have a vent tube that can be ran outside the cabin? Anyone with a hatch on here with battery...

    You guys are giving me panic attacks! I'm upping to 12psi but adding all the related fuel crap and dyno tunes. I also go to visit family and go racing which is a 7 hour drive hahaha! Did the trip 3 times last summer but no racing as my engine was burning more oil than fuel... lol

    Thanks I've been researching this (slow day) and you're 100% dead on. Thanks for the info. Yeah I picked up a MAF that's calibrated for the 42's and the car is going on the dyno for a proper tune. I'm going to try and find the green tops and get that.

    hmmm seems like overkill now, I doubt it will be able to reach 500hp, maybe 450 at the flywheel (again that's speculation, won't know until it hits the dyno for the tune but 12psi of boost will raise the bar a little :D)... Sounds like 30 or 36 would be enough. I have a lean condition right now...
