    there was a really good artical in MM&FF a few months ago. they did a comparison test between 3 different SC systems and 1 turbo system. the numbers were impressive and it had a lot of really good advantage/disadvantege info. :shrug:

    i'm with you, the turbo 347 setup is my ultimate goal. i found the kit i want(HP performance) now i just have to save the bucks (4500for the turbo kit and another 4000 for the 347 w/AFR185's). By the way Oink I am sure i will have a few questions when i start getting the stuff.

    as far as brand goes, i'm a bridgstone/firestone guy. others can be found cheaper but i like those 2 for price and quality

    if you want to go wider, you have go go with a lower aspect ratio(height) like a 265/40 series. otherwise it will mess up gear ratio's speedo and maybe rub. unfortunatly a 265 may be a little wide for a stocker, but maybe someone else has tried an they worked :shrug:

    as far as tire sizes go, i went with 265/35's on the front 295/35's on the back. they fit the wheels and the car very well. the only problem is you are pretty limited as far as tire brands that make both sizes(assuming you want matching tires).
