    this might seem weird but make sure your distributor turns freely..mine wouldnt and i overlooked it for a little while till i pulled it and noticed it needed about 30 ft/lbs of force to turn, then i figured out why my car would run pig rich and shudder violently below 2500 rpms..it wasnt...

    i know there not e7's off a mustang because all the other stock 302's ive seen have no bars of any sort on the front of them....this is the front driver side head...same bars on the passenger side....

    i checked the tube and to me it seems like its clear.....i checked the site and the C&L's 73mm for 19 lb injectors is a clear tube. However i called C&L directly and told them my story and they said the color could have possibly faded off if its old. could this mean my MAF sensor is for a 93...

    thanks for all your ideas, im gonna check the fuel pressure and get an AFPR just to keep things under control....maybe i can get a pump for a decent priced off someone 2nd hand but new in box from around me. maybe if i can get that AFR down how much power do you think thats good for realistically?

I hooked up the 5 gas sniffer a few weeks back when i had the chance and i dont remember all the numbers...

    if you can get a hold of a 5 gas analyser, stick the probe around place in question and see if it picks up any escaping gasses....

    the only thing you can do for a stock block would be to put it through a cryogenic process...basically you put the block into extreme cold, then extreme heat. all of this is done over a period of time. i guess it makes everything more dense and can strengthen metal about 200% i havent done much...

    Disappointment at the dyno: 227 rwhp with afr165's and custom cam

    in all reality 93 octane actually burns slower from what ive been told, so switching to it and driving easy on the throttle would probably get you some half decent MPG's. if the car is tuned right it should idle and drive like stock. Plus those nice AFR's would appreciate the lovin' your showing...

    take out the fuel pump relay, you dont want it trying to spray fuel in the motor when your doing the test.

    spout connector necesary for distributor

    splice the wire and put a fully insulated male connector on one side and a female on the other...put it together and when you wanna set the base timing, pull it apart...i lost mine the other day and went to drive it and it was misfiring bad at 3500 i could see it on the tach.
