    Do not use water............ You can get a vac gauge... Ive always used starting fluid or carb cleaner with no issues. You can also use an unlit propane torch.

    If it were me i wouldn't dump 10k in to a Daily driver mustang. Id go get a nice little honda fit or something. But if its what you want to do id just stick with a 5.0 mine had 220k on it and was still going strong.

    Tips for removing headers

    Jack up the car and support with stands. Get under it with a 1/2'' drive and some long extensions a few 6's and a 10 will do... You can use 3/8'' but make sure you soak them in pb blaster and let them sit first. You may need a breaker bar.
