    10W40 is safe but thicker oil is NOT going to slow-down the oil burning process..... if it is burning oil, no sense in buying the $$ synthetic, just get some regular old "dino" oil, like Motorcraft, Quaker State, Castrol or? how many miles on the engine?........... could be just worn-out valve...

    you need to find another mechinex........Do Not use ANYTHING heavier than 10W40 in a Modular or you will run the risk of ballooning the oil filter...how is your car "burning" oil? do you sea bluish' smoke on start-up or when you get on it? using a qt of oil every 1k miles is considered normal...

    ok, here's a tip: Do Not Buy theses at a parts store, ONLY buy oem from a dealer..... same wth the IAC, if it's an aftermarket part, it's prob not up-too Ford standards

    another common problem: check the PCV hose going from the PCV valve to the plenum, very common problem lately on 2002 to 2004 Gt's

    if Im not mistaken those are O2 sensor codes, usally 70/80K and there about used-up........have you ever replaced them? also sounds like you have an IAC issue too.

    yes, they did...it was the 1st tobe recalled now the 1st generation of replacement Non-Pi intakes were still all plastic/nylon....then a later recall they came out wth the one wth the aluminum x-over
