    stock gt with a 5 speed should put down about 225hp at the wheels, 35hp gain from a supercharger? no way not unless its not properly tuned. the torque numbers look decent though.

    Cams for an '04 worth it on stock engine?

    I have the bolt ons in my sig. Hopefully cams will be my next mod along with a sct tune and gears at the same time. I would probably get some of the cheaper bolt ons first if I were you(pulleys and exhaust).

    to get a gt into the 400-450hp range you will need a power adder, stock gt blocks cant take much more than 6-8psi of boost safely.     i had this done on my old 2.3 ranger, i paid someone 40 bucks to cut off my cat, than drove to a muffler shop that welded in a straight pipe for 20 bucks. You just have to find a shop willing to do it.

    Do i need to do anything to my transmission?

    I thought for autos if you change gears you need to have your computer recognize it so it knows where to shift, if not you can damage your transmission. I think you need a chip or programmer.

    accufab intake topper? do you mean the plenum? If so you will also need the tb(200) and I'm not sure where you can get a new x pipe for 130, I've seen more like 150 is the cheapest. The plenum/tb will not give you 8 hp on a mostly stock engine. I've seen the predator for 325 look around...
