    UPPER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS

Umm....you mean me? If so, yes, they're polyurethane as stated. I put some in my wife's t-top GT last fall. She's got a 308, Edelbrock heads, Typhoon intake, 70mm t-body and spacer, 73mm C&L, Steeda 18 cam, Mac upper and lower control arms, blah blah, etc. Her car hooks almost as good as mine...

    Doing timing chain cover gasket...

I'd use anti-sieze on the water pump and timing cover hardware if I were you. Otherwise, the next time you go in there, you might wind up snapping off a stud and then the fun begins......

I'll be dang near in the south east corner of the state. Yes, it has snowed on the western side though....

    GOODBYE MIDWEST!

Yeah, it is. I've been thinking about it for awhile now, and all of this basically fell into my lap. It sounds right, it feels right, so I'm going to do it.

Engine seems to be shaking a little....

The only thing that comes to mind is a miss. So, double check your plug wire to plug connections and your firing order on your wires. Also, look to make sure you didn't crack on of the spark plugs during installation.

    mass air conversion HELP

Ah! Welp, you'd better do the v.s.s. wires, as that should fix your problem. Let us know. :SNSign:

    mass air conversion HELP

Alright, did you hook up the v.s.s. wires ? Plus, do you realize that the mass air computers have different pin locations vs. a speed density computer wiring harness?

    mass air conversion HELP

Was the conversion from a kit or junkyard parts? It almost sounds like it was from salvage yard stuff to me. Most likely it runs but when you go to drive it it dies on you right? Did you hook up the v.s.s. wires ? -vehicle speed sensor wires, for the speed sensor on the tranny-

    Driveshaft ?

Not sure if this helps out now or not, but Ford had 2 different extension housing lengths over the years. Around 11" and 13" and they used them in different models over the years. If you still have the old tranny, you could swap extension housings.

    Remote Entry/Alarm Wiring Questions

In either kick panel you'll find a harness containing a pink/yellow wire for your lock cycle and a pink/light green wire for your unlock cycle. If all else fails, go to www.bulldogsecurity.com and hit the wiring diagram option, choose Ford, scroll down to mustang, and click on 91-93. :nice:

Convertible Top Differences 83-90 vs 91-93?

This won't help much, but the earlier style frames didn't go down all the way into the top well and the newer ones went down flush.

    Longer plugs for aftermarket heads?

Where did you buy the heads from? Can you contact the manufacturer directly? It is not uncommon to need different spark plugs with aftermarket heads. Either the thread depth is longer or the temp. range requirements are different, etc.

    GOODBYE MIDWEST!

Thanks everyone! Yeah, talk about a life changing experience! The job is the same as what I do now, but the place is @ 10 times bigger. Close to the ocean, no snow, weather in the 40's & 50's in Jan. and Feb. Plus, all you hear about here in IN is how this business or that business closed...
