    Can I beat LS1's or LT1's yet?

    i think the idiot at the bar was just trying to get a rise out of you... i ran that 13.95 in my sig bone stock with a bad clutch...i don't think you should have a problem with a stock LT-1... just don't sleep them upstairs...the blower may run out of breath :rolleyes:

    WS6 and the SS packages in the 98+ F-bodies (the SS was an appearance package in the 96 Camaro...unless you had the SLP version) was also a 15hp upgrade with ram air induction on both the Bird and the Maro and low-restriction exhaust...if you had an SLP version of both cars (Firehawk and SS)...

    4.6L vs LT1/LS1

    well...i hafta say that I'm divided on this subject. i liked my 4.6 01 GT vert, i never had a problem at the track against stock LT1's now I have my 3rd LT1 and i never have any problems beating stock 4.6 2Vs... i think the GM is more comfortable, but the Fords is nicer they both...
