    2 row Northern alum is a drop in fit. It will out cool any 4 row brass rad. Always run a thermostat though. Without it the flow through the rad is too fast and it does not have time to cool properly and if the air temp drops you will not be able to hold the engine at optimal operating temp

    IMHO, Having your tach way down there looks like a great way to hit a tree while going for 3rd. Any gauge that forces you to move your line of sight that far from the windsheild is only good for cruising. It will be inaffective for any racing or performace driving. Just my .02

    Like D says, keep your eyes open for good used set. I scored a rebuilt set of Canfields for $800. They don't make them anymore so you can find them a little cheaper sometimes. I would not even consider putting the stock heads on a 331. It would totaly defeat the purpose of stroking it

    what starter for t-5 conversion

    I have used the Powermaster and been very happy but! Get one for a early car. The late model ones fit fine but the soleniod works differently. It must have power to it all the time or it will not retract the pinion gear from the fly wheel once the car starts.

    Each car seems to be a little differant as far as clearance is concernerd. I did a lot of research on this and found no one who had rub issues with a 15" x 215-60's They look great and no one will notice the 3/8" less width
