    Think eagle think!!! I have so many brass fittings from HomeDepot the People know me on a first name basis.. trying not to go there and buy 2 of every plug on the rack. Kinda looks like a 1/2 coarse thread to me.. Does that ring a bell?

    I just removed the EGR tube from the back of the heads. What size bolts go into the heads to block the holes.. Or should I just cut the tubes flush and welding them over..

    Actually I was talking to Don and he was telling me that they were going to have a Dyno day soon.. Well he was trying to set that up, so i will go then.. Don is doing my chip now so I will retard the timing a little to prevent detenation..

    yep your going to have to get another wastegate.. Oh and does your intercooler have 2 inputs and 1 output? if not your going to have to Y into one side of the intercooler and blow out oneside. if not then we have the same intercooler and here is a pic of how big it is on the car.

    header bolts are kicking my a$$

    thanks guys I got all of them in today except 1. I brought my inspection mirror home with me and lined up everything except the 3rd bolt from the front.. But i will take out the pencil grinder a lil later and then tighten them down..
