    IIRC, on the seat belt itself (driver's side I believe), it recommends a seat belt clip for child seat restraints. It locks the seat belt in place, and doesn't allow it to move. I can't find anything online, and its too cold to go out, otherwise I would check.

    IIRC it just plugs in. Are the edges on the plastic shaft rounded out? There should also be a white head clip that holds the cable to your cluster. Is that there? On your Speedo Cluster, is it rounded out in there are broke? If its spinning, your speedo sensor is good.

    225's are too thin IMO, at least for the rear. You should be able to fit a 275 max on the rear without having to do any inner fender well work/beating. I run a 275. If I were you, and its just an everyday driver, go with something a tad bit wider. 245-255 maybe.
