    Typhoon intake questions?

    My wife's GT has one on it. No porting required on it either to match up to the gaskets. Goes good with her combo too. 308, Performer RPM heads, Steeda #18 cam, Accufab 70mm t-body, 30lb injectors, blah, blah. Not really recommened for stock engines though....

    Either the solenoid is stuck or the ignition switch on the steering column is stuck.

    MSD 6AL

    I'd go with a MSD coil, just to keep all products the same in the ignition system, but that's just me. MSD does have a module for the dist. as well, but I've only seen it on their billet aluminum dist. Perhaps some one else can chime in on that topic for you.....

    Or worst case, have an exhaust shop cut it, rotate the tailpipe, and weld it back together. As far as dumps go :barf:

    Make sure you didn't get the firing order messed up when you changed the plug wires. Did it do this before hand or just afterwards?

    Did you recently install a cat back system? If so, loosen it right behind the muffler, rotate the tailpipe a little, and tighten it down. Check to make sure that the muffler is parallel with the ground too...

    That would indeed cause idle concerns, as all vacuum leaks do.. Do not connect the line, plug it. Regarding your plastic hoses you've broken, get yourself some washer fluid hose and put them back together and then see how she does...

    Links to pics. didn't work. If the car started before the heater core job, but not after, then you did indeed miss something during assembly. Double check your work, try to get the link to work as well. Or a link to your other thread with details on what you've already done would help....

    You're from MI, I understand. :rlaugh: Regardless, you do make a valid point although depending on brand and seller, the 255 can ofter go for much more, and would therefore be money spent unwisely as a 255 isn't necessary.

    Factory pump is 88lph. If I were you, I'd go with a 155 or 190 at most.

    Stock lines will handle 450-500 horse....
