    Order the clutch for your stock application. The only thing commonly changed from a r12 to r134a coversion is the refrigerant and oil.

    You will need to remove the coil cover, coil and bracket, and perhaps the mass air sensor mounting bracket as well. The a/c line will be fine and fit between the intake manifold and and strut tower brace.

    I assume you mean the belt tensioner pulley as your car doesn't have an idler pulley. Typically those are designed to be replaced as an entire unit from Ford, but I don't see why you couldn't remove the pulley (backwards thread) and have a parts store simply match it up to a metal one vs...

    No. All that is designed to do is to help cool the incoming air. Lots of people have blocked the hoses off with no issues.

    You can simply block off the coolant hoses to permanently fix it, or upgrade to a larger throttle body and spacer....

    Yes, the car should try to start / crank over when you jump the solenoid.
