    Has anybody had side exhaust put on their car without buying an exhaust kit?

    You will have to change the mufflers. Get a pair of turbo mufflers with the inlet and outlet on the same end, and have a muffler shop do the tips. It will be cheap that way. I have the side kit with turbos and I love the sound, even though they don't help HP numbers.

    I have side exhaust on my '98. It's stock hieght right now and I never scrape. I'm going with the Bullitt springs 1". It will be fine.

    I love my Kumho Ecsta Supra 712's, they are the best z-rated performance tire for the price: $518.00 for a set (installed) Sure I would like Eagle F1's but the price is not worth it.

    Rear end bottoms-out, Is that normal?

    It's not lowered, and the bump stops are there. I'm not saying the rear doesnt work, just that it is not consistant with the front (like a camaro is) I think some KYB's will do the trick. thanks for the info.

    I was born and raised a Chevy fanatic, So I have driven many Corvettes and Camaros. But I was drawn to the Mustangs, so I went against the grain and bought a '98 GT. I absolutly love it, but there is just one thing that is really strang to me. The rear of the car seems to bottom-out easily...
