    My AOD is stock and is slowing dying. Worked fine before I rebuilt the engine w/ mods. I did put a little better than stock converter in which helped. I like driving an AOD. I drive 75 miles a day in stop and go interstate traffic, screw doing that in a 5-speed.

    I had the trim piece on the door replaced last year. The body shop ordered it from the local Ford dealership. The dealership had to order it but got it in a few days.

    Getting a good idle out of my E cam and my stock AOD has been a bitch. I would think the B would be worse.

    I have had good luck with Lowes. I got radiator support bracket bolts and motor mount bolts there.

    Some PCs can boot off an external USB CD-ROM drive. It depends on if the BIOS supports it.
