    It's not noticably slower at all. I don't understand why some people frown upon this. It didnt even feel like it took longer to warm up. Anyway, if you don't have your fans calibrated to turn on sooner, you'll practicablly be running about the same anyway.

As far as gague placement goes, I'm all into concealing them. I'd rather passerby's not be able to see huge gauges down my pillar...

    Thats an awfully cheap setup isnt it? I dont know much about VRS, I guess. My opinion is that you can cheap out on an intake, but I wouldnt cheap out on headers. I dont mean this as an insult, just my opinion.

    Stingers are expensive, you'll love them though. Ebay is the way to go, get it from an ebay store. If not.. ninosport seems to be alright. 639 with free shipping. Ebay is your best bet price-wise though. I have the stingers on mine, with an MRT-h, catted. I love it.

    Well.. I bought a 180 thermostat just so I could have a new mod. That was my reason. As far as "needing" it with the swap, thats a definite no. Some are leary of it.. I never had a single problem when I was bolted on.

    Remote turbo's are nice, from what I know, and my experiance around them(rarely). They have to be done a lot nicer than that for me to be really intrigued though, I must admit.

    yeah, im not so sure a midpipe is worth 19hp to the wheels, even on a s/c application. Maybe 10.

    BLEED OR NOT?

    I bet its' your master cylinder. I changed my entire brake system, and I went through the same problem. I found out my MC had air in it, and caused the pedal to be verrrrrry squishy. Bleed yer MC and come back, if it's not fixed.. we can do some more trouble shooting.

    If its dirty, guncked up and stuff, air could be restricted and telling the car its not getting the amount of air it needs. If it's worn out or old, it could also be malfunctioning. It's a valve.. so it moves, open and closed. If something is restricting the air.. then its putting fuel and not...

    I love that vinyl b pillar though. If my car wasnt black, i would totally go for both the pillar and the rear vinyl. Why didn't these cars come with those sort of things!? On a dsg, it should be pretty sweet with dark tint. Maybe some black wheels too, even though I feel like thats a worn out...

    That side picture is photoshopped. It looks pretty sweet, especially wingless. I like the blacked out backing, and I'm not a fan of the honeycomb either. Very good alternative. I bet it would look amazing on a yellow car with black wheels too.

    I didnt read where you mentioned a weakening battery. I know for a fact that my battery started to get weak, and the starts to longer and longer. When I replaced the batter, all I had to do was flick the key and that beast started up.

    Brakes dont feel right!

    Have you guys tried bleeding your systems, or replacing your brake fluid? They Haynes describes how to do it the exact way.
