    Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth had always had that exact quality. When the Magnum first came out I considered it. (I hadnt seen the 05 Concept yet) but having never suffered through a Chrysler product as many of my friends had, I decided to pass. Boy am I glad.

    Just a couple comments.. dont forget Volvos engineering in the New Mustang ride etc, Also how much more were comparably equipped F Bodies than Stangs of the same generation. YOu say GM made the GTO for next to nothing, yet it is stickered 5000+ more than a GT. Im not sure GM has learned...

    I fail to see how this car being so popular relates to a lower resale. Ford cant make enough to meet the demand. With demand, resale is good. Though I seriously doubt my GT will ever be sold while Im alive.

    The Old, and I do mean OLD 360 Dodge is a world behind in the technoology dept. The new technology 281 Mustang V8 is faster than a Boss 429 was in its day on the street in stock form. With similar technology, displacement on similar cars will win out.

    Aftermarket hood vibrations

    The problem is the hood catches too much air through the grill openings. It needs to be vented with louvers or something. I definately wont put a glass hood on mine without hood pins. I have been researching hood twist lock pins like on 70-71 Mustangs.

    just for grins. 2seat lite has approx 8 inches removed between rear wheel opening and sculpted c style line. 2 seat has approx 14 inches removed from mid door ro rear wheel opening.

    Stock bullits are 27 lbs aorox. No idea if the chrome is more.. I bought polished, just as nnice as the chrome.

    Dodge dropped the ball.

    Dont hold your breath for a two door anytime soon from the folks at DC. They are on record as saying the 2 door is dead. Also the rear wheel drive program from GM is dead. No Camaro/Firebird in the near future. On the other hand, the GTO, bland styling and all will return for at least 06.
