    make sure the amp is in bridged mode it should have a setting for it. also the speakers should be wired differently for mono what head unit do you have?

    i figured it was reason i'm asking is i have a bad TFI module and the stock coil is original so i have to do some stuff anyway. anyone using an MSD 6AL2 looks like it would be nice for launching at the track :D

    i'm looking at my to do list for my car and trying to figure out the priority of my upgrades. when should you upgrade to a multispark ignition? i have H/C/I done on my car with all stock ignition it seems ok to me but i plan on doing more to the car. i have worked edelbrock performer rpm heads...

    fuel tank sock, fuel filter, fuel pump. do you hear the pump prime when you turn the key

    is your car a 5 speed or an auto? it could be for the clutch pedal

    squirt some wd40 on the shaft while it is extended and work it up and down it should loosen up :nice: :eek:

    94/95 MAF install completed!

    i am talking about the housing it has the same dimensions as the 94/95 flanged housing but it slips into the CAI i got the sensor from the 92 town car i measured the housing and the sample tube it is the same i just put the sensor from the flanged one into the slip on one

    pull the locks out and see if they turn (there is a tab inside the door jamb) if they do then the lock mechanism is stuck i would use WD40 on it and try to break it free years of grime and lack of lubrication will do that

    94/95 MAF install completed!

    you can just use the MAF housing from a 94-97 Thunderbird 4.6 its the same one as the 93 cobra with the same F2VF-12B579-A1A (or A2A OR AA same part) it bolts right in to the bracket i can take pics if you need them but there are a ton of them in the bone yards :nice:

    try to clock it but just in case do it on a table so if you drop the brushes you dont lose anything

    you can clock the alternator all you have to do is make sure you do not loose the brushes inside you can use toothpicks to hold them in when you put it back togethe:nice:r

    stay away from cheap caps they get hot and cause misfires at high rpm autozone brand is the worst for wires i use the 9mm ford racing they hold up good and they are only like $40

    Original 5 speed car, How can you tell?

    Have an original 5.0 convertible want to see if it is an original 5 speed car it has a M axle code for 2.73:1 rear gear don't think they came with a 2.73 and an auto. any one know what to look for?

    you could have a leaking injector or an intake leak that's my guess how is your fuel pressure
