    Seems to me your PCM is learning a poor strategy somehow. I would lean towards the IAC, but that wouldnt cause an issue while cruising. Need more info if available. How long have you had the issue? And what has been done maintainance wise?

    +1 I agree with you on many points. However, the reason I as a "tech" havent recommended or advised replacing the midpipe is I am not there to accurately diagnose the condition. At minimum he is probably looking at 150 for an o/r pipe, and much more for catted. There were also no codes...

    Intake manifold or CAI? If its an intake manifold, new gaskets used? Tighten the bolts from inside to outside and alternate? EDIT: Any codes for lean or rich condition?

    Aftermarket Intake

    Dont forget you have to buy the intake, plus alternator, throttle cables, etc just to make it work. Trick flow looks good, but not many have it so far.

    Ordered some new stuff!

    No need to remove the bumper! I did mine no problem when I swapped them out for new ones. If I remember correctly there was only one 10mm screw/bolt on each side, and they snap in at one point on both sides. Provided, I am a tech with lift access, but it should be manageable.

    It is the opposite, but its the same theory. Almost nothing in your car will be untouched. Basically, you're gonna have to rip it all apart and completely rebuild it. And that doesnt include any fabrication you will have to do.

    That makes NO sense at all... :shrug: Seriously reading the posts there are only so many causes it can be. You obviously have a problem with both banks, so that eliminates coils and injectors. It would help to know what your fuel trims are at. Knowing what the fuel trims actually are...

    Irritating Noise In Clutch

    Join the club. My TOB has been replaced 3 times for that squeeking noise. Its never gotten worse, but I cant seem to get it to go away. I have put 60k miles on my mustang since I got it; every bit of that with a squeeking TOB.

    +1 4.10's are perfect for a daily driver. Yes, I agree that things change with a power adder but they are awesome N/A. I have also driven long trips with 4.10's and frequently do so and I still love them.

    You only replace them when they go bad. Almost 121k and mine are all still factory.
