    my 92 has almost the exact same problem runs crappy and idles poorly (avg 15 mpg) mine also has a slight backfire through the exhaust side on account of my bad cats my regulator is good and there is plenty of fuel pressure plugs dont look fouled at all and with 2 plugs per cylinder...

    i also have cooling fan issues on my 92 lx hatchback the cooling fan only comes on when my ac compressor is engaged if the ac isnt on the fan never comes on so i have to be moving all the time to keep air flowing through the radiator i keep the heater on to help keep coolant...
