Made just a little more progress this weekend. Wrapped a couple of the big exhaust pipes to cut down on radiant heat hitting the wiring and other things. Also wrapped the battery cable going to the starter. Installed the starter which involved removing the K member brace. Today I filled the...- gaslight

Looks good. It's definitely tiring when the wind is knocking your head around at high speed. I agree that the speed seems even faster the closer you are to the ground.- gaslight

90 doesn't feel that fast until you have a sharp turn or have to stop. Plus I feel more wind pushing my body back since I sit upright and no faring. That's when I really notice the speed and feel more fatigue.- gaslight

Are the brakes really that bad to bleed? I've done multiple cars. Those were just time consuming. Didn't think a bike would be that bad since its such a short system and you can use gravity to help you.- gaslight

That's great news about the price. I did see in your video about the plate mount braking. Hopefully that does happen again. It could have been worse and screwed up your new tire or something else.- gaslight

That blows. Yeah I got a 1250cc. Easy going cruiser below 4k rpm after that it really gets moving. Plus I'm sure it's a bit heavier than yours.- gaslight
