    valve cover leak GT-91 stang

If they are cork ditch them for the OEM style. I had to continuously retighten with the cork but now I have the Trick Flow with the metal in them and all is good.

Need to purchase a new radiator!

My fluidyne is currently at Fluidyne under warranty due to leaks on both sides of core on endcaps. Works good but I have not had it for very long and hope they make it right for me. especially since it was twice the cost of the Mishimoto one.

    98 Cobra $6,000 grand !!!!!!!!

I would def. get the Cobra. That was a one year color too. More power from the start and low milage really. I believe that year had a more aggressive tune also.

    RADIATOR

The direct fit are expensive but if a little fab work is nothing to you then the Mishimoto is one that I have seen alot of people working with. I have a Fluidyne, but I just sent it back for warranty issues. It works well but leaks on both ends of the core. I really hope they just give me a new...

what supporting mods would i need sc content

I have a V2 and its quiet however you can hear it and the whistle (although nothing like the muffler shop stuff) is audible as well. I have had the V1 and loved the sound of it as well. I do think you could find a better deal, probably more money but also a complete kit.

    Any "old" stangnetters left?

I have been on here since the 90's but for what ever reason my screen name has changed a time or two and had to rejoin at one point, even my car has been changed but all in all it's all good.

What Owning a Mustang is All About

Looks like fun. We have some great roads with scenery like that up here in WA. I don't ever seem to get out and enjoy them much though, and this time of year is out of the question.

Things that I will be doing to my Stang.

Oh man! Do I love piles of parts and that is a nice pile you got there. Now the fun part of installation. Nice.:nice:

    supercharger ?'s

The FMU is a bandaid, It shuts down the return line while in boost and elevates the fuel pressure in turn making your fuel injectors act bigger. It works but a custom tune with larger injectors would be alot better.

Anyone using a MAC or C&L MAF on a 94-95 cobra?

I had a C&L on my Cobra and just went to a PMAS meter because I wanted it calibrated for a supercharger and 30's. I know that the C&L worked really well with my N/A combo and probably worked fine with the SC but I had great results with a Pro M meter and similar engine combination on my old car...

    92 GT SQ TRIM

That is a very sweet car, got any sound clips of it?

    supercharger ?'s

Just something to think about, When you add heads and anything that will make the engine flow better the boost will go down. In turn you will find yourself wanting more and buying pullies and the supporting hardware for elevated boost. Anything over 6psi( some will say you should anyway)will...

    supercharger ?'s

Vortech S-trim. Pretty much complete and later you can get bigger injectors and ditch the FMU. Fits your budget and you could probably buy some guages to monitor fuel and boost as well.

    what to do with $1000

Did anyone say gears? LOL By far the best bang for the buck with that budget and you can do some other things as well.

    A True Friend

So how does your dad like it? I love the sound of Mac. My car had flow's on it and I had to change that in a hurry. I think they are really nice with a off road H that a quick relook at your set up shows you already have.

    New To Mustangs

No programmer like the newer cars, you have to burn a chip or use another form of tuning like the PMS. I would say gears would be the number one mod on the list besides that a set of frame connectors should be somewhere in there as well. I have 3.73's in my Cobra and like them, but they were in...

Just need Quick Confirmation before I buy an Engine

I did some research and all were regular 40's until 2 months approx. in 97 when they went to the p head. I also seen a revision was made in the manifold and some have egr and others do not. I am doing some research to help a friend and found a lot of good info on this site doing a search on...

Just need Quick Confirmation before I buy an Engine

I thought all the Explorer engines had the GT-40p head. I know my friend just bought an 89 lx with an Explorer motor and it has the P heads.

    Trickflow Street intake

I run a 3\8" spacer as well. I have TFS valve covers and the EGR is really close but no contact.

    Trickflow Street intake

I would put it on there. If its going to be awhile for heads, no sense sitting on a shelf somewhere. Granted the gains won't be to great, it is a worthwhile swap.
