    When I ordered mine, I told the dealer specifically to leave it off. I didn't have to sign anything. I don't have any license plate on either of my cars and have never been pulled over for not having it.

    You are correct. I would imagine that there are companies that are taking the Diablo and Xcal apart and duplicating what has already been accomplished. That is one of the problems with first to market, but they already have a head start.

    Clay bar works great for what your talking about. If you already removed it, then there is no sense taking it in unless you find other areas on the car. Picking it out with your finger nail isn't the correct way, you can put scratches into the clear coat. Use the clay bar.

    They have to recoup all there cost in the reverse engineering of the computer. Ford is not going to give them any code; they have to disassemble it and find out where values can be changed and what the effects are. This can become a very tedious task; I had to do it for a custom application...

    Either Meguires or Zaino. I like Zaino for the exterior and a mix of Zaino and Meguires for the interior. Please don't use Armor-all, it not very good.

    No, No, No! You have to use reverse psychology here. Say to yourself “my car really does suck”, that way no matter what bad comments you hear or if you lose a race, its no big deal. :rlaugh: It’s all about feeling better and being happy! :rlaugh:

    Fia, Sorry to hear about the wreck. You have to be aware of your surroundings at all times. Like Jenn said you have to drive for everyone else, meaning defensively. I hope that person learned their lesson and everyone is alright.

    You definitly don't want your engine to blow at 200mph. One small piece of part getting lodged into a tire is going to spell disaster.
