1968 Mustang Floor Console Shift Indicator Light Adjustment?

You should be able to remove the console bezel to do this. I suspect bending one of the eye tabs that connects the nylon pushrod will solve your problem.

Looking for non-reproduced parts for a 66 coupe

These were never reproduced. They are stainless steel, and never deteriorate, they can only be lost or damaged. You must find used ones from such places as Glazier/Nolan or Perogie.

    Vibration Dampeners From Cougar Catalogue

The bracket is shown in the photo I posted. It's the steel shell going up the sides and over the top of the rubber bushings, with the flange on the U bolts at each side. Be aware, using these insulators will lower the car about 1/2"

Is It Easier To Put The Engine And T5 In Seperate, Or Attach Them, Then Put It In?

Installing both together is how Ford did it, and if both are being replaced you should do it that way, too. You will need a helper, though. I'm a little surprised you propose trashing a hard-to-find Mustang C4 transmission, though.

Geting Ready To Start On My 69 Shelby Replica -et Five Spokes?

At $1500 per set, the wheels I suggest have surely NOT "been done a million times over". The 69-70 Shelby-only chromed aluminum composite wheels were one of the most attractive wheels ever installed on any car. Very rarely seen at car shows, certainly rarely seen on anything but real 69-70 Shelbys.

    Vibration Dampeners From Cougar Catalogue

Without the steel clamshell brackets, those rubber pads are useless.

Geting Ready To Start On My 69 Shelby Replica -et Five Spokes?

On a 69 Shelby replica, I'd use the correct 69-70 Shelby wheels. You did say replica.

    Which hole?

    Brake And Clutch Pedal

No need to fake up something to replace the bump stop, Glazier/Nolan lists the new one as G03001.

Anyone Used A Key Locking Auto Trans Shifter Knob?

I once set up a 65 FB with the battery concealed in the RH quarter trim, with a solenoid in there. No power source under the hood for hotwiring, and with a careful modification of the fuse box, almost all of the wiring inside the car was dead, too. A pressure switch, hidden under the carpet...

    Steering Box Question

There is a line stamped on the end of the steering shaft to center the steering wheel. The gearbox itself centers lock to lock. If the box was not centered when the wheels were aligned, the tie rods may be uneven.

    65 Fastback Door Sash Trim

The 65-66 is not reproduced. Try places that offer used stuff, such as Glazier/Nolan, and Perogie.

    New heads?

It's not rocket science. A guy near here wanted to re-use his original 67 smog heads, but the ports were really bad. I port matched one port, and he borrowed a grinder and did the other seven to match at home. The engine later pulled 323.5 hp @ 5300 on the dyno, with a hydraulic C9OZ-C cam. Not...

    Power Steering Pump

True. Any phone book will list hydraulic shops. PS is nothing to play games with, 800 psi needs a lot of control. Have you considered changing to a 60's Mustang Ford/Thompson pump?

    T5 Reverse Light Connector

I agree- If you solder and shrinktube the connections, it'll stand up to auto, and even marine applications, last as long as OEM, and to most people will appear factory.

    351 Cleveland Help

For a "cruiser", the stock 4V heads should be just fine. The Cleveland 4V heads boast valves and ports that would shame a Chevy fuelie head. In fact, that's what they were designed to do. So big that performance on city streets actually suffers, but excellent on the open road. Short story. Guy...

    68 Rear Sway Bar Installation

I had an Addco 3/4" bar, and it was mounted on the axle, with the arms pointed toward the rear. And I have dual exhaust. Installed perfectly, as per Addco instructions.

    Rear Convertible Window Replacement

You're right up the road from Glazier/Nolan. If you come to their show in July, you'll meet all sorts of folks. http://www.mustangbarn.com/
