    Mine made the excact same noise. Eventually it got worse and changed pitch when the clutch was engaged. I had the clutch and throwout bearing replaced and no more noise.

    what kind of nuts did they give you? I just got all my hardware from McMaster and got some Nyloc Nuts that wont loosen up over time.

    I think it depends on the condition of the car. I did get Ford to send the bigger baffle but never installed it. 2,000 miles later and I havent had to add any oil. Definately picked up some top end power, I dont feel the sudden loss of power around 5k like I used to. Id say it pulls hard...

    How many gallons of coolant do you use?

    I just changed my water pump and I had to add 1 gallon of antifreeze and 1 gallon of water and its a little low.
