    I had both the Pro5.0 and the Triax. Both have made way for the MGW. I like the overall feel of this shifter better than the others. I don't know if it's just the handle or the overall design, but it just feels better to me.

    And I'd like to add that the biggest determining factor for power handling is the enclosure. Just because the driver says it can handle X watts, doesn't mean it can do so in every given alignment.

    That 3.5 ohm measurement you are getting is the coil resistance at rest. Impedance will change once the drivers are loaded into a particular alignment. I highly doubt your amp will ever see the nominal 1 ohm it should be if wiring them all in parallel during music. Perhaps with sine waves...

    Had this problem with all my SN95s. More than likely a blown speaker. The stock setup has pretty good extension down to around 43Hz. Bassblockers will not be necessary for you.

    Cut your hole right the first time and you won't have the problem. :D Also, if the hole is too big now, you may have a problem with the T-nuts, but they are the way to go. Use them on every enclosure I build.
