    even so...my car is 4 years old...the cobra is almost 10 years old... but my car is only worth 2-3k more.... so obv. the cobra will hold it's value better.... aside from value though...all things being equal....02 gt or 97 cobra vert??

    yeah, but i like to styling of the 96-98 cobra's over that of the 1999/2001... i know it's trading for a car that is 5 years older than what i have now...but the cobra will hold its value better than my GT....just another thing to consider.....

    i'm doing it just because i can. i figure i wasnt around to rent one the first time around, so i might as well rent one now. besides, this is probably going to be the only chance i'm going to have for a long time to actually drive a mustang with the shelby name attached to it.

    really? i would think the 325hp in the gt-h could be about right for a future gt350... cuz (and i could be wrong) wasnt the 68 gt350 rated somewhere in the 250hp range...which really wasnt too much higher than the 302 motor available in the non-shelby mustangs. sure, i'd like to see more hp...
