    mil eliminators will fix it trust me. the code came just from not having cats and now the rears are ready just like the front o2s. the codes should go away with a tuner or eliminators. theres no point to throwing new sensors at them cuz there just ignored with a off road pipe.

    its part of the start assembly and last time i priced out a starter it was around 100 bucks. if its intermitent then its not the battery. if its the clutch switch you could bypass it but im still positive you just need a new starter.

    its hard to tighten without a torque wrench but pretty much just tighten them enough to where you feel comfortable. dont crank on them like crazy tho. and you dont have to grease the boots. i never have.

    are you sure the heads was flowed with a 3.55 bore size? cuz i have never seen a npi head able to flow 200 on the exhaust side except for the svo which is still barely getting there. ive wanted to keep my car npi cuz its the underdog but porting a pi just flows better all around.

    no thats how it normally works. it should kick on and off every so often. my best advice is take it into a ac shop and have then diagnos it. ac is one of those things where you gotta know what your doing.

    what would he cut? the combustion chamber? i wouldnt recomend that cuz the pi head have a quench area fot the combustion. he would have to change pistions. but i would do the pi swap and throw in dished piston. the exhaust flow on npi head suck and even with it ported still dowsnt flow well at at.

    it could be either. a code doesnt tell you directly but a good start would be changing the coil and plug. and idk about the plugs. i always got NGK's. im sure you can find out on the net if theyre the right plugs

    just make sure you torque the plugs down to 13ft lbs and cyl 8 is driver side last one by the firewall.
