    I smoked my clutch once at the track...lol I had just made a pass not that long before and went to burn the tires in second,they were still pretty sticky so it was a bad idea.. stunk for a half hour, probably shortened the life by a few thousand miles but oh-well....

    Yeah, I dont street race for cash though... so i dont care if it can be seen... I think its a good choice because it can grow with my car..100-125 shot on stock block, then after awhile, when i need to or have the means for a built motor..I'll have up to 300 hp for me to play with... :D

    I somewhat agree with this statement, I have dumped about 4-4.5k into my car to realize that its almost completly balanced out now. I dont regret spending my $ on what i've got so far.. Sure its only a low 13 second car at best, but it stops great handles great(without the DR's on the back)not...

    Oil seepage from valve cover at bolts

    Probably a good call... Mine was leaking from the plug on top also and it was using alot of oil between changes. also on deceleration from high rpms you could smell oil, I changed out my pcv and its been good for a couple of weeks now..It was stuck i think.. hopefuly it stays good... we'll see

    LOL.... I'm n/a also... Yeah I should be able to hit a low 13 or even a 12.99 run if i'm realy extremely lucky.. :shrug: But I see a NOSzle kit in my future!! And if that happens.. look out.. :D

    i went on saturday.... The track seemed pretty good . It was my first time runnin on it.. I was expecting it to be really lousy for traction, cause thats what everyone says about milan.. But 1.900 60 foots say otherwise! especialy considering i was only launching at 3-3.3k rpms...

    tourqe converter!!!! Get one... I went to the track with some freinds today (milan michigan) my friends car is an auto trans 02 gt it's got 4:10s, bbk cai, dumped flows w h pipe(not sure of brand), a tune, 275 40 17 bfg drs and a 3400 stall converter.. He was pullin 1.85 60 ft 8.56 1/8...
