    Safety is a lot more dependent on the DRIVER than the airbags. ;) Take every opportunity you can to get more driver training! The regular courses in the US now are a complete joke, and don't come anywhere near preparing you to be a truly "good" driver. Check around for some advanced driver...

    Bear in mind that the gear ratio's for the auto. are a little different than the manual. It's not as "slow" as it sounds having the 3:15's in the auto. ;) My '11 GT/Auto (bone stock) ran a 12.8 @110 in the 1/4, with plenty of wheel-spin in first and second. I would not call that "slow". :D

    2012 GT owners fuel cap/filler?

    When is the last time anyone actually had their gas siphoned out? Never happened to me in 30+ years. Seems the "in" thing to do these days is to drill a hole in the tank itself and pour the gas into something. Locking cap won't do diddly for that.

    Whoops! Forgot some details there, thanks for reminding me! :) This was done with 89 oct. gas with NO ethanol. :D Well, I don't want to open the whole "octane" debate here, but the ACES IV lets your engine get better burn/more power out of the gas, so it runs like a "higher octane" gas...

    ^ I've heard the same from friends with a LOT of drag racing experience. Stay out of the water with street tires, but give it a short spin just to knock the dust & sand off the tires. Then stage and go! :nice:
