I got a code a few days ago, pulled it and it was P0133 (upstream heated O2 sensore slow response- bank 1) I already got the o2 sensor, just waiting on the rain to go away to change it, but before i do, which side is bank one?
Acctually i was at the ferrari races at watkins glen last year...friend of mine's dad is a salesman for it so we got to hang in the pits
its funny you say that because i was just having this convo with Joe at Mustang Magic (the best mustang shop out here in Long Island) He was...
its funny you say that because until now steeda had the best shifter hands down, but everyone i talk to thats tried a mgw freeggin loves the thing! starting to make me curious.lol
the bad thing about shifters is we can only give openions on our shifters, which most of us like what we got, and...
I know a kid who has a mac catback on stock hpipe and i love how his car sounds, almost makes it sound like an exotic sports car. my flowmaster 40s on the other hand give it that ground shaking rumble thats typical of flowmaster. depends on what you are looking for. I personaly am getting sick...
I think that the mac is the best sounding exhaust on modular mustangs. sure there are rusting issues and whatever, but depends where you live and the conditions your car is subjected to.
Same in NY  thats why i kept my stock H-pipe........just "gutted those puppies like a fish" as someone said.lol. looks stock if anyone looks under the car (which has also been done to me at roadside stops) and the mil's trick out the obdII.......i dont think im losing too much performance...
i already figured out that im getting power to the amp, its just f*ed up. I switched the amps and then my front woofers werent getting power...that means i need a new amp........time to make a trip to ford and get ass rapped.
Ok let me describe my problem first. About a week ago my rear lows shut off on me and cant get them to work again. the ones in the doors work great and all the highs are good....just the two rear woofers. I dont know how to start diagnosing(sp?) because i dont know anything about the system. Sop...

sorry to hyjack, but my number 7 cyl plug has a trace of oil on it and it burns a little oile (about half a quart every 3000 miles) the engine has 91000 miles and is 9 years old....no other problems and no smoke EVER.....you think i should be worried, or just normal engine coming into its last...
awsome. glad everything worked out. And its nice to see a company being so helpfull to their customers. when im done paying my car off im going to have a choice to make...either trade it in, or swap a 4v engine in it....if i decide to, i def. know who to call.
I went to atco a few weeks ago with my neighboor's small block rx-7 (yes i said smallblock! lol) and he coudnt get it to hook at all. at englishtown he runs 7.80s to 7.95s at atco his best run was 8.47. Still not worse than the old westhampton track on long island...that place was just a ****ty...
you gatta look at your tracks schedule...if it is a big track (like englishtown in NJ, the one i go to) to the closest test and tune before they have an nhra or ihra event...thats when the track will be nicely prepped. But i feel your pain man, our old track that closed in the Hamptons was never...
ohhhhhh. thats right! i didnt pay close attention to your sig.... yep no way that v6 rear can take the tq. If i was you I would go to a salvage yard, pick up a whole carrier assembly for under a grand and bolt it up. while you have the carrier, throw some gears in the rear end and go try that...
I think 410s are overkill for any 96, specialy for a automatic. go 373s. either way....gears first.
next, pi swap, stall TC, shift kit, short shifter, then exhaust. will make for a great sleeper. ull scare the **** out of 99+ lol
Your theory sounds about right to me. on 04 motors, that valve was illiminated. Thats why some intake components for 96-03 mustangs are slightly different from 04s. Blue smoke = burning oil. some pics of that valve you wrigged would help.
