    I would change all the fluids out.....check ball joints, tie rods and maybe change the struts out. at this mileage the suspension parts would be what i looked at if i had a good strong engine with no apparent problems...maybe have the timing chains and sprockets checked...

    Considering the storms track it might be a nice time for everyone to take a trip to Miami to ride the storm out. if i had to keep my car outside i would pay for a garage size self storage unit to put it in........It would be cheaper than the aggravation from dealing with an insurance company...

    As far as the air filter and CAI goes.....it should gain you about 3 to 5 rwhp....maybe 7 at the very best.

    between the motorcraft and K&N oil filter i would go for the motorcraft. The K&N is a little better but for the price difference its not worth it. Just never buy a fram filter...they are crap!!! Best filter IMHO is a Purolator filter.....just my 0.02

    The MAC Straight Shot CAI claims 17 to 25 rwhp but that is pretty hard to believe....there is testing being done by someone here on the forum and he will share the dyno numbers when he gets them. I got one coming next week....I just think it looks better than stock and even if it does not...
