    Best Mass Air Meter Kit?

    I have the full C&L kit on my car and it runs perfect. no sloppy idle or anything. I personally wouldn't go with Pro-M because I don't like the fact that it doesn't use the factory electronics which is one reason I like C&l. No problems here, just a happy driver with good sotp increases...

    WRONG!! Mustang GT's 1999-2001 had 80mm mass air meters. From 2002-2004 all Mustang GT's have had 85mm mass air meters.

    Yeah thats a shelby series 1. Believe it or not they had one at the local ford dealership here in NC. It was roped off on the showroom floor so no one could get near it unless they were gonna buy it. Beautiful car. Pictures don't do it justice.

    Any drawbacks?

    I have a automatic 1999 35th anniversary mustang gt convertible with absolutely NO problems. Had a 98 coupe v6 before that and had no problems with it as well. I must be lucky at fine well made cars.

    Programmers for 2vs??

    Same here. I have the Superchips Microtuner on my automatic GT and it's a great part. Great increase in hp and BIG improvement in shift points and pressure.

    Bassani SUCKS!!! do not buy!

    Like the one of the guys previous questioned, Did you get one of the old one-piece Bassani catted x-pipes or the new two piece version? As the new two peice version with removable cats is supposed to be of much better quality. Let me know, thanks.

    C&L 80mm Meter Kit and TrueFlow Inlet tube are good mods

    Wade, suprisly not. I have got on long trips and the C&L TrueFlow tube does not get very hot at all. I was certainly surprised myself but to me it seems no hotter than the plastic stock tubing.

    Matt, my other mods thus far is just a Borla Stinger catback, Superchips Microtuner, the C&L 80MM meter and Trueflow Tube and soon to have a Bassani Catted x-pipe and 4.10 gears after Christmas.

    Borla Stinger Catback !! then if you desire a Mid-pipe and want to stay catted go with a Bassani Catted X-pipe. The Borla Stinger Catback I have on my car get's compliments all the time and has an excellent tone to it and the HP gains were incredible after install.

    bullitt gas cover

    Yeah the bullitt door is a good exterior modification. I put it on my 1999 35th anniversary Gt convertible and I didn't think it would look good with my red colored car but i like it and it was extremely easy to put on.
