    well im not in cali but i have emissions you can buy the MIl kits will turn off engine light .also since your in Cali they are more worse out there on that law...also NO online shop will ship an O/R pipe to cali says it on every site:shrug:

    well i work at autobody shop i may not be a body man but IMO id say maybe replace its hit hard at bottom.also it looks crinkled .if not replaced will need alot of pulling and chance it dont rip it will have lots of bondo

    How should I clean my motor?

    well heres what i do at work..as well as my own car.on cold engine i spray whole engine bay with a degrease then power wash it lightly ..let kinda drip dry for bit.. the spray tire shine on everything.. let sit for 5 min or so then take a rag and wipe what you can off ..looks great for long time
