    Actually its been proven that H-pipes are louder. As far as gains yes X-pipes will get a bit more way up top, H-pipes will give you a bit more in the mid-range.     I got the H&R sport springs from MM. Says with the urethane isolators the drop is suppose to be 1.6" up front and 1.5" out back.
