    he is correct, a brand new K&N won't filter as well as an OEM filter i've had my K&N for 5 years (without any trouble because i'm not an idiot) and by my count, at $20 for an OEM filter once a year, i'm ahead cost-wise with years of service ahead and word on the street is a dirty filter...

    good stuff:nice: i think "simple" alternative fuels are the way to go as opposed to "complex" hybrid technology that's, in my eyes, is more prone to failure than a regular fill-up. i do agree corn isn't the best way to get it though

    with a slightly higher compression ratio you're really not putting too much additional stress on the pistons so i think you'll be ok putting PI heads on an older mustang will yeild a higher comp ratio, but by how much i couldn't say:shrug:

    first off pirelli's are garbage and 255/40's will increase the already ginormous fender gap your car already has (assuming the car is stock) even if you get the tire for free, 1 additional pirelli will probably cost about the same as two BFG's or Nitto's anyway

    i left only the stock upper isolators up front and both upper and lower (poly's) out back for a slight rake since my H&R's sat almost dead even i ran without front isolators for a few days. not something you want to do if you drive the car everyday
